I truly can only say good things about working with Chelsea. I was quite nervous about taking piano lessons for the first time since my early childhood, but Chelsea was very encouraging and made me feel at ease. Even with pieces that I thought I couldn’t succeed in playing, her method of breaking down the piece and then putting it back together worked amazingly for me and I was able to learn to play those pieces. We had to unfortunately switch to virtual lessons midway due to COVID-19, but she was used to conducting virtual lessons and I didn’t feel any hiccups with the switch in lesson format. What’s also great about Chelsea is that she cares about you more than just as her student but you as a person - she actually helped me with a career change (granted it was related to music) and was very helpful in that aspect as well for me. She was everything I could have hoped for in a piano instructor and more!

Chelsea did a wonderful job of connecting with my 11 grandson and making what could be a scary experience into something he really enjoyed. He is looking forward to his next lesson and so am I.

Chelsea has worked with my daughter Molly for 4 years as her piano teacher. Not only has Molly excelled very quickly because of Chelsea's ability to tune into Molly's strengths but Chelsea has also worked very hard to help Molly strengthen her weaknesses.
